Since 2017, Kai has worked as a consultant with a technical background at ORBIS's service department, where he implemented many projects with Resco-based Microsoft Field Service and the Resco native App. After a few years as a consultant, he switched his position to Presales Consultant, specializing in Customer Service and Field Service.

Steffen is the leader of the Dynamics 365 implementation and development team at TSO-DATA in Germany. He started working at TSO during his business informatics study program. He did his master's degree in Business informatics while working a full-time job at TSO.
Steffen has been working with Resco technology since 2015. He oversees consultancy and project management tasks in Dynamics 365 projects in the DACH region.

Neil has been working for Mary's Meals for four and a half years. As the Programme Logistics Lead, he is currently responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the organization's logistics function, which includes fleet, warehouse, and supplier management.
In his former role as the Programme Delivery Lead, he was the project manager for the School Feeding Delivery Model project, in which Mary's Meals revised and harmonized its systems and processes in four program countries (Malawi, Zambia, Liberia, and Kenya) in order to introduce our Resco and Salesforce. He also worked closely with Necessidad Consulting to develop Mary's Meals Resco application and managed the development and testing process.
