Kai Pautsch started working as a Dynamics 365 Developer in 2011 and had his first encounter with the Resco Mobile App a year later. In 2016, he switched to 3rd-level support for Dynamics 365 on-premise systems.

Neil has been working for Mary's Meals for four and a half years. As the Programme Logistics Lead, he is currently responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the organization's logistics function, which includes fleet, warehouse, and supplier management.
In his former role as the Programme Delivery Lead, he was the project manager for the School Feeding Delivery Model project, in which Mary's Meals revised and harmonized its systems and processes in four program countries (Malawi, Zambia, Liberia, and Kenya) in order to introduce our Resco and Salesforce.
