Aileen has a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Toronto, majoring in Physics with minors in Math and Chemistry. Her work as an Analyst at Citron Hygiene allowed her to support the sales enablement project using Resco, from development to roll out.
She works at Birch Hill Equity, a private equity firm based in Toronto, currently with $5 billion in capital under management.
