Tom’s journey with Fearless Leader began a decade ago when he initiated its development, initially as the owner and later transitioning into the role of Managing Director at Avento. Notably, in the previous year, Avento was acquired by Cegeka. Currently, Tom spearheads the international expansion of Fearless Leader, marking an exciting phase in its continued growth and evolution.
